ORDERS AND SHOPPING INFORMATION

How long do orders take to get fulfilled?

Products are pushed into production within 24 hours of placing your order. Production time is usually a maximum of 4 days, and shipping time is between 7-12 days.

How long until my order ships after it was submitted?

Orders that are submitted during working business hours 9am-5pm EST, will be printed and shipped within 4 business days.

  1. If an order is submitted at Noon EST, on Thursday, Thursday will be considered day 1 of production.
  2. If an order is submitted Thursday at 9PM EST, first day of production will be Friday.Our products can be shipped via Standard shipping.Standard US – up to 12 business days (usually around 7)

Can I make any changes once an order has been submitted?

Once an order has been submitted you are only able to make changes to an order if the status is labeled “Pending“, “Hold” or “ReadyforImageDI“. In this status you are able to change the shipping address and print image. Once an order status is “InProduction” you will not be able to make any changes.

Is it possible to put several items into one package and send it to a customer?

This depends on the products you are ordering and the consolidation rules we have set up with the vendor.

If you are ordering products from the same vendor those products can be shipped together. However, if you order products from two vendors such as T-shirts and a poster, they will be shipped separately.

What if I receives a damaged or an incorrect item?

If there is a mistake in the printing or an item is damaged during shipping, we would simply need a visual proof or a form of documentation sent to our support team at: headswideopen@gmail.com

We will issue a reprint, and ship it to you at no additional cost to you.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns. This is because our products are custom-made, print-on-demand items. We work like art gallery, not a retail shop.
Because of the way we work, it would be impossible to sort, store and resell unwanted returns.

What are the shipping prices?

Shipping charges will automatically be calculated according to your delivery address.

What are my shipping options?

Our products can be shipped via Standard shipping.

What photos should I send for custom portrait?

Find photos you love the most. Should show your beloved pet in his best pose.

The best pictureas are those taken outside in daylight.

We will choose the best one. Don’t worry about background, I can fix it. Resolution is the key – should be as big as possible.

How long does it take for you to paint a portrait?

Usually 3 – 5 days for painting, 4 days for printing plus shipping time.
Sometimes there is queue, but usually we can start work in next few days.
I never work in rush. Every customer is special and I want to treat him so. Everyone need my attention. I care about high, constant levels of my work. I need to guarantee, that every artwork will be the best quality and has one of a kind style.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Pay via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
